We’re on the lookout for a skilled Mechanical Resident Engineer to join our team and provide top-tier support to a key client site. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys being hands-on, takes pride in delivering high-quality building services, and thrives in a client-focused environment.
What you’ll be doing:
- Carrying out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) on mechanical systems.
- Responding swiftly and effectively to reactive maintenance issues.
- Supporting landlord services across the site, ensuring systems operate safely and efficiently.
- Collaborating with other on-site engineers and site management.
- Participating in a shared on-call rota (1 in every 2 weeks).
What you’ll need:
- NVQ Level 2/3 or equivalent in Mechanical Engineering.
- Experience working in a commercial or building environment.
- A proactive, problem-solving attitude and good communication skills.
