Attega Group is currently partnering exclusively with our client who are a specialist construction company delivering high-quality, innovative fit-out and refurbishment solutions across the Healthcare, Sterilisation & Medical sectors.
In return, our client is offering a competitive salary depending on experience, plus 25 days holiday plus bank holidays, Training and development tailored to your progression and opportunity to grow with a company.
This is a full-time role Monday- Sunday.
Reporting to senior leadership, your responsibilities will be:
- Managing the direct reports of other Engineers on site.
- Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM): Complete daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, half-yearly, and annual maintenance tasks.
- Reactive Maintenance
- Liaise with key subcontractors for both planned and reactive maintenance to maintain compliance and service levels.
- Ensure all maintenance work adheres to policies, industry regulations, and health & safety standards.
- Maintain accurate records of all maintenance activities, service reports, and compliance documentation.
The ideal candidate:
- Minimum of 3 years' experience in equipment maintenance within a healthcare or similar environment.
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations, including risk assessments and safe systems of work.
- Ability to diagnose faults and carry out repairs efficiently.
- Health and Safety qualifications (e.g., IOSH, NEBOSH).
- Familiarity with NHS Estates guidelines and compliance frameworks.
