Have you got previous experience in scheduling engineers in a busy environment? Do you work well under pressure and can manage multiple tasks at once? We are currently recruiting a Senior Scheduler to join the team within the PPM department. The main purpose of this role is to support the team with scheduling jobs for the Survey teams to carry out drainage inspections, as well as ensuring the planning is organised and structured for the business. In return, we are offering a salary of up to £32,000 P/A, depending on experience, plus progression available, training provided and joining a fast growing business.
This is a full-time, permanent position. The hours of work will be Monday - Friday with little flexibility (37.5 hour working week).
Responsibilities:
- Monitoring of engineers' activity and aeromark review
- Support the Delivery team with their workload as well as your own
- Add portal updates and client requests
- Schedule jobs for the engineers to carry out Drainage PPM
- Sort the tanker plan on a weekly basis handling any sickness, annual leave or new teams
- Support the account manager on priority roles
- Support the wider team to ensure planning routes and jobs are stuck within their SLA's
Qualifications:
- Must have previous experience scheduling engineers
- Must have resilience in their day to day workload
- Must be able to work well under pressure
- Previous experience within a mechanical or electrical company
- Excellent verbal and written communication
- Must be organised
- Good attention to detail
