Drainage Surveyor From £33,000 + Overtime Kent  Full time | Permanent |45 hour week, Monday - Friday 5am - 2pm but need to be flexible, 30 minutes unpaid lunch. Do you have experience as a Drainage Surveyor? Do you have a manual UK driving license and happy travelling? Attega Group is working on behalf of our client as their in-house recruitment provider. We are currently recruiting for a Drainage Surveyor to join their team. The main purpose of this Drainage Surveyor role is to attend sites across the country to assess site & asset access, investigate external below-ground, internal/soil & high-level roof/gutter drainage systems detailing condition and number of assets within the site Collating all information to produce a job report detailing what teams, equipment & job methods are needed to complete the job. In return, our client is offering a salary of up to £32,000 + overtime. The hours of work will be Monday - Friday 5am - 2pm but need to be flexible, 30 minutes unpaid lunch. Reporting to the hiring manager your responsibilities will include: To attend sites across the country to assess site & asset access, investigate external below-ground, internal/soil & high-level roof/gutter drainage systems detailing condition and number of assets within the site Collating all information to produce a job report detailing what teams, equipment & job methods are needed to complete the job. Information is to be directly internally to produce a planned maintenance quotation. To attend sites across the country to create detailed PPM drainage connectivity External drainage plans to be created by hand on a printed site map & internal/soil plans to be created via handheld tablet. Surveyor to lift/identify all assets on site & all assets using various methods of testing IE: Drainage dye & CCTV equipment. To attend sites across the country to carry out regular site inspections by creating a conditional report of all assets & submitting remedial/ recommendation forms to highlight any defects, access issues The ideal candidate: Full driving license Drainage background / Internal & external drainage knowledge required Attention to detail Good technology usage Exceptional punctuality Availability to complete overtime Availability to complete weekend work (Overtime) CSCS card CCTV surveying - Not required but an advantage Availability to work stay aways approximately once every 2 weeks. Extra: Lunch breaks unpaid All offers are subject to DBS checks Random drug testing will be issued during employment.
