Do you have experience working with fire protection, fire safety, smoke ventilation, smoke control, or related products? Are you experienced in sales and business development across residential, commercial, or industrial environments?

Attega Group is working on behalf of our client as their in-house recruitment provider. We are currently recruiting for a Head of Sales to join their UK team. The main purpose of this role is leading and overseeing the commercial and sales operations of the UK subsidiary, ensuring alignment with the company’s overall business objectives and growth strategy.

In return, our client is offering a salary of up to 70,000 P/A, depending on experience, plus a company car and bonus scheme. This role is full-time and permanent. The hours of work will be Monday to Friday.

Reporting to the Director of Subsidiaries, your responsibilities will include:

  • Manage, motivate and support the sales team (x 5 direct reports) to achieve revenue, profitability and growth objectives.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers, ensuring high levels of service and long-term partnership development.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the company’s customer base and increase market share.
