Are you an experienced HGV Drainage Engineer? Are you happy working full time permanent nights & early morning starts? We are currently recruiting for HGV Drainage Engineers to join our team. The main purpose of this role is to operate the HGVs visiting various client sites within and around the area, conducting pre-planned maintenance and emergency response works.
In return, we are offering a salary of £48,100 P/A, with an average OTE of £60,000 - £65,000 depending on experience.

Reporting to the Operations Manager your responsibilities will include:
- Operating an HGV tanker to carry out pre-planned maintenance works.
- Maintaining the vehicle and equipment to the best condition.
- Vacuum tanker operations and wastewater management.
- Adhering to all health and safety policies at all times, following safety protocols for HGV drainage tanker operation.
- Working with an assistant, ensuring all information is fed back correctly to the office.
- Supporting the CCTV & Drainage teams in facilitating surveys, inspections and detailed investigation work.
The ideal candidate has experience in:
- At least a year’s experience in the drainage industry.
- Class 2 license minimum.
- Problem solving and attention to detail is a must.
- Candidate must be flexible; a role will include frequent staying away and night work (Once or twice per month – one week at a time).
- Experience working on commercial sites.
- Good communication skills.
All offers are subject to a DBS check. Drug testing will be conducted on induction week and throughout employment. Lunches are unpaid breaks.
