What You’ll Be Doing

In this role, you’ll manage a portfolio of renewables contracts and clients, supporting commercial performance and ensuring excellent customer service throughout project lifecycles, including:

  • Managing renewables customer accounts as the primary point of contact for operational and commercial matters.
  • Producing quotations for variations, remedials, upgrades, and additional works.
  • Coordinating with project managers, engineers, procurement teams, and subcontractors to deliver accurate and commercially robust proposals.
  • Managing customer escalations and ensuring issues are resolved efficiently and professionally.
  • Supporting smooth handover from quotation through to project delivery.
  • Monitoring contract performance, commercial performance, and operational KPIs.
  • Identifying opportunities for organic business growth within existing accounts.
  • Maintaining accurate CRM records, quotations, approvals, and contract documentation.

What We’re Looking For

  • Proven experience in Contracts Management, Commercial Management, or Account Management within renewables, M&E, electrical, utilities, or FM sectors.
  • Strong experience managing quotations, variations, and change control processes.
  • Excellent customer and stakeholder management skills.
  • Commercially aware with a strong understanding of margins, scope control, and contract performance.
  • Experience working alongside delivery teams and project managers.
  • Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail.
  • Competent using Microsoft 365 and CRM systems.
  • Full UK driving licence.

Desirable experience includes:

  • Knowledge of Solar PV, BESS, EV infrastructure, or renewable O&M activities.
  • Familiarity with NEC, JCT, or FIDIC contract frameworks.
  • Understanding of RAMS, permits, and safe systems of work.
