Do you have strong internal drainage experience? Do you have 3 years experience within the Drainage Industry?
We are recruiting a Reactive Drainage Engineer to join the Reactive department. The main purpose of the Drainage Engineer is to work alongside the Lead Drainage Engineer to attend commercial premises, office space, retail, industrial sites and good establishments.
In return, we are offering a salary of £42,900 P/A + Overtime opportunities of up to an additional £15,000, depending on experience, plus progression opportunities, pension, annual leave. This is a full-time, permanent position. The hours of work will consist of 5 shifts per week, Monday to Friday.
Reporting to the Hiring Manager, your responsibilities will include:
- Attend reactive emergency call outs to clear internal above ground blockages, including soil stacks, floats lines and small bore pipework.
- Leak tracing and investigation on above ground water services.
- Repairing leaks on water services in service voids and risers.
- Removing and replacing small bore waste pipe on pot wash sinks, basins, urinals etc.
- Replacing mixer taps, wash down taps and spray guns.
- Replacing toilet float lines and stack pipework.
