Overview
Lead, coordinate and continuously improve all engineering and design activities across the TS Group.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the group’s engineering and design functions across all business units (Tapflo & Sychem)
- Define and implement engineering strategies, standards and best practices for bespoke process skid design
- Act as the technical authority for complex or high‑risk engineering decisions
- Support the development of new technologies, modular solutions and continuous improvement initiatives
- Oversee and be hands‑on in the end‑to‑end engineering lifecycle: concept, detailed design, review, fabrication, FAT/SAT and commissioning
- Ensure designs meet customer specifications and project budgets and schedules are kept to
- Work closely with Project Managers to install and commission projects effectively and mitigate technical risks
- Review and approve key engineering deliverables, calculations, drawings and technical documentation
Qualifications
- Must have proven senior engineering leadership experience within process engineering, skid‑mounted systems or bespoke engineered solutions
- Hands‑on process engineering experience across multi‑industry
- Strong understanding of multi‑disciplinary engineering integration (process, mechanical, electrical, controls)
- Experience managing engineering teams across multiple concurrent projects
- Design and delivery of bespoke process skids for multiple industries – Energy, chemicals and industrial processing, Food, beverage and pharmaceuticals, Water, wastewater and environmental systems, Manufacturing and specialty process applications
