Attega Group is working on behalf of our client as their preferred recruitment provider. We are currently recruiting for a Scheduler to join their team. The main purpose of this Scheduler role is to ensure seamless job scheduling and respond to client enquiries promptly. In return, our client is offering a salary of up to £32,000 P/A, depending on experience. This role is full-time and permanent. The hours of work will be 8am - 5pm, Monday to Friday, with overtime available paid at enhanced rates.

Reporting to the Operations Manager your responsibilities will include:

  • Ensure the seamless management of client inquiries, survey bookings, job scheduling, and project delivery in support of the Drainage team.
  • Be a primary point of contact between clients, surveyors, tradespeople, subcontractors, and internal teams.
  • Manage incoming client inquiries and convert them into scheduled surveys and works.
  • Book and coordinate drainage surveys, ensuring timely delivery of reports to clients.
  • Liaise closely with tradesmen to ensure they are briefed for all jobs and reports are completed accurately.
  • Manage job bookings and tracking systems.
  • Track and follow up on quotes, manage approvals, and convert successful quotations into scheduled works.

The ideal candidate:

  • Must be within a 60-minute commute to Fulham and be able to work in the office 5 days per week.
  • Will need excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Must have experience working in a coordinating/scheduling role in a drainage/plumbing/property/construction or facilities management industry.
  • Will need a professional telephone manner with ability to handle both client inquiries and contractor liaison.
  • Must have good computer literacy - MS Office, Google documents.
