Role: Lead Drainage Engineer
£50,000 - £60,000 On Target Earnings
Location: Hampshire & Surrounding Areas
Hours: Mon-Fri, 50 hours per week. (weekends available and on call) - day shifts, night shifts and early morning starts. Overtime is time and a half.

Attega Group is currently working with a leading commercial drainage company in the UK, expanding its Remedials & Reactive team and seeking a talented individual to carry out reactive & remedial drainage works.
About the Role:
As a Lead Drainage Engineer, you will play a crucial role and be responsible for supporting with reactive call outs and delivering planned quoted works. Key Responsibilities:
- Attend reactive emergency call outs to clear internal above ground blockages, including soil stacks, floats lines and small bore pipework.
- Identify configuration and design issues within internal drainage systems.
- Assist other plumbing operatives with quoted works which will consist of both small reactive works and large internal above ground drainage replacements.
- Undertake CCTV survey inspections where you will be responsible for identifying defects, pipe condition, design issues and misconnections within underground and above ground drainage systems.
- Utilise your drainage and plumbing background to handle internal drainage, plumbing, and camera work.
- Demonstrate proficiency in high-pressure water jetting techniques.
The Ideal Candidate:
- 3 years experience as a Drainage Engineer.
- 3 years experience with plumbing.
- A full UK clean license.
- Confined Space and OS19x is desirable however not essential.
In return, we can offer a base salary of up to £40,000 with overtime and lots of earning potential. Also on offer is ample training and professional development alongside the company's successful growth.
The ideal Drainage Engineer will have a full driving license with experience working as a Drainage Engineer including CCTV, jetting, civils and lining experience along with internal and external works.
