Attega Group is currently partnering with our client in recruiting a Contracts Administrator.
In return, our client is offering a salary of 32,000 per annum, depending on experience.
This is a full-time, permanent role.
The hours of work will be Monday to Friday 08:00 16:00/09:00 17:00.
The Contracts Administrator will provide comprehensive administrative support for service and installation contracts from initial order through to completion.
The successful candidate will work closely with customers, suppliers, and internal departments to ensure contracts are delivered efficiently, on time, and in line with company procedures.
Your responsibilities will include: Administer service, maintenance, and installation contracts.
Prepare quotations, purchase orders, and contract documentation.
Liaise with customers regarding contract enquiries, work progress, and service updates.
Process customer orders and maintain accurate contract records.
Raise invoices upon completion of works and monitor outstanding documentation.
Ensure all service reports, risk assessments, and compliance certificates are received and filed.
