Do you have experience working in the Drainage Industry? Are you happy to work full time in the office? Attega Group is working on behalf of our client as their in-house recruitment provider. We are currently recruiting for a Drainage Co-Ordinator to join their team.
The main purpose of this Drainage Co-Ordinator role is to play a pivotal role within the Drainage Division. In return, our client is offering a salary of up to £31,000 P/A, depending on experience. This role is full-time and permanent. The hours of work will be 8am - 5pm.
Reporting to the Operations Manager, your responsibilities will include:
- Ensuring the seamless management of client inquiries, survey bookings, job scheduling, and project delivery in support of the Drainage team.
- Serving as the primary point of contact between clients, surveyors, tradespeople, subcontractors, and internal teams.
- Maintaining high standards of communication, operational efficiency, and project documentation.
- Delivering an outstanding client experience and supporting the company’s reputation for excellence.
- Managing incoming client inquiries and converting them into scheduled surveys and works.
- Booking and coordinating drainage surveys, ensuring timely delivery of reports to clients.
- Liaising closely with tradesmen to ensure they are briefed for all jobs and reports are completed accurately.
- Managing job bookings and tracking systems.
- Tracking and following up on quotes, managing approvals, and converting successful quotations into scheduled works.
The ideal candidate:
- Commutable to Fulham, London daily.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills essential.
- Minimum of 3 years experience working in Co-ordinating/Scheduling drainage/plumbing engineers/Property Services, construction or facilities management industries.
- Professional telephone manner with ability to handle both client inquiries and contractor liaison.
- Computer literacy - MS Office, Google documents.
