Do you have strong experience managing warehouse operations? Are you confident working in a fast-paced engineering or industrial environment? Attega Group is working on behalf of our client as their in-house recruitment provider. We are currently recruiting for a Warehouse Supervisor to join their team.
The main purpose of this Warehouse Supervisor role is to oversee the efficient day-to-day running of the warehouse, ensuring stock, deliveries, and materials are accurately managed and ready to support engineering operations.
In return, our client is offering a salary of up to £38,000 - £45,000 P/A, depending on experience. Company benefits also include:

This role is full-time and permanent. The hours of work will be 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday: 06:00 - 15:00.
Reporting to the Operations Manager, your responsibilities will include:
- Overseeing daily warehouse and yard operations
- Managing incoming deliveries, checking and allocating stock
- Preparing materials and consumables for upcoming jobs
- Building job-specific pallets for engineers
- Maintaining stock levels of consumables, spare parts, and PPE
- Ensuring accurate system updates and inventory records
- Liaising with engineers, procurement, and operations teams
- Managing returned materials and minimising waste
- Maintaining warehouse organisation, cleanliness, and safety
- Ensuring compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards
- Coordinating equipment testing, certification, and maintenance
The ideal candidate:
- 5+ years’ experience in warehouse operations or supervision
- Strong organisational and inventory management skills
- Experience working within engineering or industrial environments (desirable)
- Forklift licence (essential or highly desirable)
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Proactive, hands-on approach with problem-solving ability
- Good understanding of health & safety compliance
- IT literate across Microsoft Office and stock management systems
