Assistant Store Manager \\n£29,200 – £29,640 P/A \\nWindsor \\nFull time | Permanent | 37.5 hours per week \\n\\nAre you an approachable people manager?\\nDo you have experience working in retail? \\n\\nAttega Group is currently partnering with our client in recruiting an Assistant Store Manager to join the team.\\n\\nThe main purpose of this role is to ensure the day-to-day running of the store, supporting the Store Manager with all operational tasks. \\n\\nIn return, our client is offering a salary of up to £29,640 P/A, depending on experience, plus 25 days holiday, staff discounts, company pension, store events and more! \\n\\nThis role is full-time and permanent. The hours of work will be 37.5 hours per week, working 5 days a week across Monday to Sunday. \\n\\nReporting to the Store Manager, your responsibilities will include:\\n\\nSupporting with the daily people management of the stores team,\\nServing customers, processing transactions and handling any product returns, \\nAssisting with the stores stock take, \\nHandling shop merchandising tasks and store layout changes, \\nReceiving stock deliveries, \\nBeing a responsible key holder for the store. \\nThe ideal candidate:\\n\\nMust have previous retail Supervisor/Assistant Manager/Manager experience \\nWill need to be confident in managing a team and supporting with recruitment, staff training and development\\nMust have excellent customer services skills and a keen eye for detail\\nWill be a team player and prepared to lead by example. \\nFor more information on our Assistant Store Manager role, please contact Abby in the Attega Group offices today
