Do you have drainage experience but looking to now work in the office? Do you have a drainage/plumbing or civils background?
We are currently recruiting for a Technical Estimator & Operations Support to join the team. The main purpose of this role is to support the Remedials department who are responsible for providing estimates and planned works within set service level agreements across all clients nationally.
In return, we are offering a salary of up to £45,000 P/A, depending on experience. This is a full-time, permanent role. The hours of work will be Monday – Friday core hours during the day.
Reporting to the Hiring Manager, your responsibilities will include:
- To work within a fast-paced Remedials team providing technical support to the team and wider business.
- Manage a continuous pipeline of quote requests and produce detailed estimates for remedials and project works.
- To review drainage, small civils and plumbing quote requests to ensure all relevant information has been obtained before processing the request.
- To compile and send out a set number of new estimates across various disciplines each week.
- Provide estimates for CCTV surveys and various drainage works including internal detailed inspections and investigations.
- Requirement to be on call technical support, 1 in 5 weeks, Monday – Sunday (additional bonus paid for call out week).
- Future – visit sites to carry out audits, site inspections for new quote requests, surveys for CCTV reports, remedial works management.

- Attention to detail and customer focused attitude.
- HPWJ, Confined space, Lining, patching, internal and external drainage systems, plumbing, experienced in minor excavations and civils works.
- Valid UK driving license.
