Attega Group is currently partnering exclusively with our client in recruiting a Technical Operations Supervisor to join the team.
The main purpose of this role is to support the Reactive, Remedials, Technical and PPM Teams across the North. In return, our client is offering a salary of up to £42,000 P/A, depending on experience, plus Overtime and on call bonuses. This is a full-time permanent position.
Reporting to the Operations Director, your responsibilities will include:
- To work within a fast-paced Office environment providing technical support for Reactive, Remedials and PPM workflows.
- Provide technical guidance to the office and field teams.
- Collaborate with head office to ensure quality standards and company processes are followed and adhered to.
- Manage a continuous pipeline of quote requests and produce detailed estimates for remedials and project works.
- Oversee the Reactive and Remedials field operatives by providing technical support and guidance to ensure onsite works are completed efficiently.
- Manage Reactive and Remedials operatives equipment and training requirements.
- Offer technical support to the wider business as required.
- Liaise with clients, attend site meetings and to resolve challenging and complex technical drainage issues.
- Review drainage, small civils and plumbing quote requests to ensure all relevant information has been obtained before processing the request with the team.
- Compile and send out a set number of new estimates across various disciplines each week.
- Provide estimates for CCTV surveys and various drainage works including internal detailed inspections and investigations.
- Liaise with internal scheduling teams to arrange reactive and quoted works to be undertaken within SLA.
- Liaise with field-based operatives to ensure scope of the works is understood and operatives have a clear programme of works for all remedial works.
- To ensure operatives reports are up to the correct standard and that these are informative and clear for our clients to read and understand.
- Liaise with field operatives and internal technical support teams to ensure all relevant information is captured within the written reports.
- Liaise directly with clients to move forward reactive and remedials works.
The Ideal candidate will have:
- Previous long-term Drainage Experience
- Can do work ethic
- Good Communication and Problem-Solving Skills
- Willingness to learn and progress within the role
- Attention to detail and customer-focused attitude
- Valid UK Driving Licence
- Experience reviewing footage within Wincan Software (Is desirable but not essential)
