Attega is currently seeking a Recruitment Account Manager to join our team in Fareham. The role will involve embedding yourself in a small, yet busy, portfolio of businesses recruiting for a wide variety of engineering, technical, and office-based roles. In return, we will be offering a basic salary of between GBP27,500 - GBP35,000 P/A, depending on experience + monthly bonuses. Company benefits also include half day Fridays, company incentives and events, 25 days' holiday, plus bank holidays and your birthday off, plus even more!
The duties will include:
- Effectively prioritising each client request and assignment, managing expectations throughout and meeting agreed deadlines.
- Taking job profiles, understanding job descriptions.
- Using social media platforms and Boolean searching on job boards to source candidates CVs.
- Reviewing job applications and contacting candidates to conduct prescreen calls.
- Formatting CVs and writing candidate profiles to be sent to clients.
- Supporting candidates through submitting their CVs and preparing for job interviews.
- Producing weekly and monthly statistic reports and presenting findings to key points of contact.
- Preparing for and running the clients weekly/fortnightly/monthly update meetings and sharing market insights where possible.
- Conducting 1st stage video interviews with all candidates being submitted using our in-house platform.
- Liaising with hiring managers as required, to book interviews, obtain CV feedback, and share interview feedback.
- Taking responsibility for ensuring your accounts renew year on year and playing a part in the negotiation stages.
- Delivering interview workshops/bespoke workshops as per client's requests.
The ideal candidate must have recruitment experience, ideally from an engineering or technical background. To be considered, you must also have:
- Excellent time management and organisational skills.
- A customer-focused approach and 'customer service' mentality.
- A can-do and results-driven personality.
- Strong attention to detail and administrative abilities.
We work Monday to Thursday, with a 1pm finish on Fridays. Our offices are open 7.30am to 6.30pm Monday to Thursday and we work flexitime during these hours.
