Health & Safety Coordinator

Do you have experience working within the Water Industry? Are you currently working within Health & Safety?
We are currently recruiting for a Health & Safety Coordinator to join their team. The main purpose of this role is to ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations while supporting the development of a proactive safety culture across the business.
In return, our client is offering a salary of up to £37,000 P/A, depending on experience. Plus 20 days holiday, pension, Healthcare plus more. This role is full-time and permanent. The hours of work will be Monday to Friday 7.30am - 4.30pm.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Coordinating and implementing HSE procedures in line with company policies and legal requirements
- Conducting risk assessments, audits, and site inspections
- Providing guidance and support to operational teams on HSE matters
- Supporting training initiatives and promoting safety awareness
Qualifications:
- NEBOSH qualification (desirable)
- Previous experience in a health & safety role (water/pumping sector advantageous)
- Ability to work effectively in an office-based role in Woolpit
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and safety-focused mindset
