Location: Sellafield, Seascale

Salary: £50,000 + Bonus + Employee Share Scheme + Pension + Excellent Company Benefits

Are you a Training Manager looking for an autonomous role where you will be the go-to specialist for developing all training & competency strategy onsite?

The company is the UK\’s leading facilities management business and has a great reputation due to high levels of service and also for upskilling and promoting from within. Due to growth, they are now looking to recruit a Training Manager.

This position would suit somebody with training or compliance experience within the FM industry, looking for an exciting new role.

The Role:

1. Developing training strategy for Managers across site
2. Ongoing training & development
3. Monday to Friday, 40 hours

The Candidate:

1. Previous experience developing training & competency strategy
2. Eligible for SC Clearance
