What we are looking for in our ideal Gas Service & Breakdown Engineer:

  • Recognised formal training attaining the relevant craft qualification, NVQ Level 2/3 or equivalent
  • ACS Qualifications CCN1, HTR1, CKR1, CENWAT
  • UNVENTED qualifications are desirable but not essential
  • Understanding of gas legislation
  • Full driving license
  • Understanding of Health and Safety and working to best practice
  • Ability to manage own time and workload
  • Experience of working with the public, demonstrating excellent customer service and having flexibility

Your Role:

  • Service, repair, and maintain domestic heating systems
  • Follow Gas Safe regulations and Liberty's safety procedures
  • Take part in call-outs and overtime
  • Use your PDA to report work and incidents
  • Deliver outstanding customer service and ensure safety
  • Work flexibly across different property types and customer needs

What We Need from You:

  • ACS qualifications: CCN1, HTR1, CKR1, CENWAT
  • NVQ Level 2/3 in a relevant craft (or equivalent)
  • Unvented qualification (desirable)
  • Full UK driving licence
  • Knowledge of gas legislation and Health & Safety
  • Excellent time management and customer service skills
  • Flexible, proactive approach
