H9 Technical Recruitment are looking to hire a Senior Vice President Power to work for our investment management client in London to be responsible for the new deal flow by proactively covering the market, leading new investment due diligence and transaction execution. Role and Responsibilities: Sourcing new investment opportunities through proactive sector coverage and banker/intermediary coverage. Lead deal origination and execution within the manufacturing supply chain sector. Developing new investment theses and a game plan for how to source and execute on the ideas. Leading the underwriting of new investments from initial screening through final investment committee as a member or leader of a 4 person deal team. Leading negotiation of transaction structure with counterparties. Debt financing: sourcing lenders and leading negotiation of debt financing. Serving as primary interface with portfolio company management. Sourcing, due diligence, closing and integration of add-on acquisitions. Supporting or leading an exit process for portfolio companies. Mentoring and coaching junior deal team members. Qualifications and Experience: Undergraduate degree from a well-regarded institution is required, with engineering/science/operations or business education highly desired. MBA is a plus. Minimum of 8 years of private equity investment experience, with 10+ years of business experience in the Energy or Industrials sector. Proven investment track record within relevant sector (including broader industrials and/or manufacturing). Excellent investment sourcing skills with strong strategic thinking capabilities and an effective network of contacts with company management teams, intermediaries, and other industry constituents. Proven experience leading all aspects of private equity investing, including investment thesis development, due diligence, negotiations, management of portfolio companies, and exit. Strong leadership, interpersonal, management, organizational, and communication skills. Solid background in investment banking, private equity, or corporate finance, with a proven track record of successful deal-making and strategic investments across industrials vertical. #J-18808-Ljbffr
