Role Responsibilities

• Utilize energy modelling tools including IES, Nabers Design, CIBSE TM54, and LEED energy models.
• Provide expertise in energy modelling and building performance strategies.
• Advise on building strategies that maximize passive design principles.
• Conduct thermal modelling, including daylight, overheating, and thermal comfort assessments.

Candidate Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience in a similar role.
• Strong experience with energy modelling software such as IES and Nabers Design.
• Knowledge and experience using ApacheHVAC.
• Ability to advise on passive design strategies.
• Competency in thermal modelling for daylight, overheating, and thermal comfort.
