Your New Role

As Senior Civil Engineer at RES Design Services Ltd, you will play a pivotal role in the design of Wastewater Treatment projects at our client\’s office, working closely with one of our Directors. You will be working collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams, being the point of contact for our client, and you will have the opportunity to grow a team in the Midlands.

What We\’re Looking For

1. Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering or related field; Master\’s degree preferred.
2. +3 years\’ proven experience in wastewater treatment design.
3. Strong understanding of water engineering principles, hydraulic systems, and infrastructure design.
4. Proactivity, responsibility, and multitasking are key skills for the role.
5. Proficiency in CAD software and other relevant engineering tools.
6. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
7. Excellent writing skills, capable of producing design reports, technical notes, and calculations.
8. Analytical mindset with problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
9. Commitment to continuous learning and professional development. Chartered or working towards chartership with a relevant professional institution (ICE, CIWEM, or IoW).
