They are seeking an experienced principal recruiter to join their team and assist in winning business and filling jobs.
Key Duties & Responsibilities
- Placing candidates into established and newly developed accounts
- Working on contract and permanent vacancies
- Interviewing and registering suitable candidates
- Ensuring all candidates undergo a "best candidate" experience
- Working to pre agreed financial objectives
- Arranging candidate interviews
- Attending industry networking events
- Being involved in business development
- Mentoring and assisting with junior staff members
