Our client is a global recruitment business who focus on construction, infrastructure, energy, power, and renewables sectors. They are seeking an experienced principal recruiter to join their team and assist in winning business and filling jobs.
Key Duties & Responsibilities
- Placing candidates into established and newly developed accounts
- Working on contract and permanent vacancies
- Interviewing and registering suitable candidates
- Ensuring all candidates undergo a "best candidate" experience
- Working to pre agreed financial objectives
- Arranging candidate interviews
- Attending industry networking events
- Being involved in business development
- Mentoring and assisting with junior staff members
