Are you a highly skilled Energy & Thermal Modelling Consultant with a passion for sustainability and a strong technical background? We have an exciting opportunity for you to join our dynamic consultancy team and work on cutting-edge projects in energy strategy, thermal comfort, and sustainability.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and deliver technical projects including Part L compliance, energy strategy, residential overheating, non-domestic thermal comfort, and passive design analysis.
- Stay up-to-date with relevant legislation, regulations, and industry standards, including the Building Regulations, local planning policy, and the Construction Design and Management Regulations.
- Support the training and development of junior staff while maintaining 'expert' status in at least two service areas.
- Participate in and lead project meetings and workshops with internal and external teams.
- Use creative problem-solving skills to deliver high-quality project outcomes and provide innovative solutions.
- Prepare and present detailed technical reports and presentations.
- Manage your own multi-disciplinary projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and meet client expectations.
- Use internal project management tools effectively to track progress and achieve target recoverability.
