This is an exciting opportunity to work as a PSA Engineer supporting ADMS S6 solutions. You'll play a pivotal role in helping large-scale clients in the energy/utilities industry implement and maintain advanced power distribution systems. This includes hands-on involvement with GE's ADMS products in critical, real-time operational environments. The role offers exposure to cutting-edge technology and large enterprise transformation projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver application support for GE ADMS software (SCADA, OMS, DMS).
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in a live production environment.
- Coordinate with internal engineering and customer teams to resolve incidents.
- Drive root cause analysis, support documentation, and knowledge sharing.
- Work with both distribution and transmission networks.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Participate in after-hours support rotation (TBD).
- Contribute to continuous improvement of support processes and documentation.
Your Profile
Essential Skills
- Experience with GE ADMS products like PowerOn Fusion (PoF) or PowerOn Advantage (PoA).
- Strong technical understanding of DMS applications, OMS, and Storm Assist.
- Solid knowledge of SCADA, Linux/Windows, Oracle, SQL, and networking protocols.
- Hands-on experience with TCP/IP, LAN, DNS, Active Directory, and firewalls.
- Knowledge of NERC CIP standards.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and customer-facing skills.
Desirable Experience
- Leadership in resolving systemic product issues.
- Mentoring and knowledge sharing across teams.
- Documentation and root cause analysis.
