Job Role: Offshore Field Engineer – Electronics

We are currently looking to recruit an Offshore Field Engineer – Electronics to join our industry-leading client in a permanent role!

Responsibilities

1. To install, commission, service, and repair the full range of products on customer premises, rigs, vessels, and dockyards worldwide.
2. To submit regular and comprehensive communications, i.e., updates and documentation (e.g., Visit Reports) and raising Support Cases using the CRM system during, and on completion of, offshore and onshore assignments.
3. Comply with all Customer mandatory Health & Safety rules, whether onshore or offshore, as advised via HSE scope of work, pre-work inspections, tool-box talks, and specific on-site requirements.

Experience Sought

1. Experience of offshore working (e.g., confined spaces, inclement weather, sole operator, challenging customers).
2. Experience of installation, repair, service, and commissioning of equipment interfacing with other products and systems.
3. Experience of fault diagnosis involving hardware and software.

Travel: Worldwide coverage, trip lengths vary but are pre-planned!
