An exciting opportunity has arisen for a talented health care professional with a passion for delivering engaging medical courses to join our team. You will deliver a wide variety of training courses across the whole of the UK and Europe. The ideal candidate will be passionate about pre-hospital care, trauma & resuscitation, and advanced first aid. They will be able to engage and motivate learners and should be committed to maintaining high standards of training delivery. This role involves some physical demands including the transportation and movement of training equipment and personally demonstrating medical techniques. There may be, at times, a requirement to work flexible hours including some evenings and weekends. Overnight stays will also be necessary for multi-day courses or distant locations.
The training courses being delivered will include:
- Immediate Emergency Care - Intermediate and Advanced
- EURIECA β GWO Enhanced First Aid
- First Response Emergency Care levels 3 and 4
- HSE Offshore Medic
- STCW β All levels
- RCUK Resuscitation courses
- Pre-Hospital Trauma Life Support 2
What youβll be doing:
- Independently deliver a wide range of medical training courses.
- Support the development of training programs ensuring clinical material is in line with the latest evidence-based best practice and that training delivery methods are engaging and effective.
- Ensure all training equipment used on courses is in a good state of repair and fit for purpose.
- Support the internal clinical governance committee on matters relating to training & equipment.
- Work with the lead IQA to ensure all external accreditation criteria are fulfilled and maintained.
- Escalate concerns to a member of the clinical governance faculty as required.
- Work on various quality improvement projects as directed by the head of training.

Essential Qualifications:
- Current professional registration with either GMC, NMC, or HCPC.
- Level 3 teaching & assessing qualification or above.
- Full UK driving license.
- RUCK ALS/EPALS instructor or instructor candidate status in one of them or both.
