What you’ll be doing

As a key part of our Leadership Team, you’ll guide and develop a growing team while remaining hands-on with a variety of innovative projects. From concept to completion, you’ll lead the design and implementation of:

1. Sewage and surface water drainage systems (including SuDS)
2. Trade effluent solutions
3. Pumped and gravity networks
4. Water quality enhancements
5. Mains connections

You’ll be at the forefront, managing projects from feasibility to delivery, solving complex challenges, and making a real difference in the built environment. Collaboration is key—you’ll work closely with engineers, clients, and stakeholders to deliver high-impact

solutions.
