About Us
We’re a small, well-established domestic plumbing and heating company working across Eastbourne and East Sussex. Our team takes pride in delivering high-quality work with a personal touch. We’re now looking for another experienced and reliable service & repair engineer to join us and grow with the company.
Key Responsibilities:
- Install, maintain and repair plumbing & heating systems in domestic properties.
- Diagnose faults and carry out repairs to heating, plumbing, gas and water systems.
- Perform servicing, maintenance, and installations as required.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant building codes, practices and regulations.
- Provide exceptional customer service and maintain high standards of professionalism on every job.
Required Education, Skills and Qualifications:
- A minimum of 5+ years post-qualification experience in the plumbing and heating industry.
- Experience with boiler / heating system installation, servicing and fault finding – 5+ years experience.
- An industry recognised qualification such as Plumbing SNVQ, NVQ or City & Guilds.
- CCN1, CENWAT, CPA1 and unvented qualifications are essential. LPG qualifications and renewables are also desirable, but not essential.
- Good customer care skills.
- Good communication, written and verbally.
- Hold a full UK driving licence.
- Able to work to a high standard without supervision.
- Due to working in domestic properties, a DBS check is required.

Job Type: Full-time
Schedule: 8.5 hour working day, Monday to Friday 0800-1630. Overtime is available but not mandatory. 22 days paid holiday plus bank holidays.
