Respond to emergency repair needs, ensuring all safety and quality standards are met.

Participate in new builds and refurbishment projects, applying your expertise to enhance community facilities.

Manage job tasks and update records in real time using handheld devices.

Deliver excellent customer service, ensuring tenant satisfaction with completed work.

Mentor and support apprentices and trainees, fostering skill development within the team.

Stay updated with the latest regulations and maintain relevant certifications.
