You\’ll be performing startups, routine maintenance and emergency repairs on UPS and power distribution systems, delivering expert technical advice to clients, and maintaining strong relationships with customers, sales teams, and distributors. Your work will be split between the Sellafield nuclear site and various other client sites throughout the UK where you\’ll be troubleshooting and repairing equipment from various manufacturers.
This role would suit a Field Service Engineer with a background in electrical/electronic engineering, particularly in the power systems or UPS industries, looking to further their career in a dynamic and fast-paced environment with opportunities for growth.
The Role:
Perform startups, maintenance, and emergency repairs on UPS, batteries, power distribution, and site monitoring equipment
Travel to client sites across the UK, troubleshooting power systems
Provide technical recommendations and collaborate with the service team
Establish, promote and maintain excellent rapport with customers, salesmen and distributors.
The Person:
Field Service Engineer with UPS, batteries, or power electronics experience
HNC/HND in Electronic Engineering or equivalent.
Full UK Driver\’s License
