The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality fabric maintenance and reactive repairs, ensuring all work is performed safely, efficiently, and in full compliance with legislative and contractual standards. As part of the on-site engineering team, you will uphold our client\’s professional standards, maintain accurate records, and contribute to the safe and smooth operation of the building fabric and associated assets. Key Responsibilities: Perform day-to-day reactive fabric maintenance and repairs, including work on fixtures, fittings, and the building envelope. Ensure compliance with service level agreements (SLAs) by completing all required documentation, including work records and compliance logs. Maintain regular communication with the site management team regarding job progress and updates. Follow all company policies, procedures, risk assessments, and method statements. Support and assist other team members as needed. Coordinate with specialist subcontractors when required. Maintain a professional and customer-focused approach in all tasks. #J-18808-Ljbffr
