One of G2 Recruitment’s local authority clients in the West Midlands is seeking an experienced Environmental Protection Officer to join their team for the next 3-6 months due to a backlog of work.
The role will primarily focus on Statutory Nuisance complaints and other forms of Pollution Control such as Enviro Crime, Fly Tipping, Littering, and ASB.
The position is hybrid and will require some office/site presence – ideally twice per week, depending on caseload.
Criteria to be considered:
- Knowledgeable with Environmental Protection Act 1990.
- Must have recent Council Experience working within Environmental Protection.
- Confidence in dealing with all forms of Nuisance.
- Full UK driver’s license and access to own vehicle.
