Sharper Consulting Services is seeking a qualified Environmental Health Officer (EHO) on behalf of our client in the Scottish Lowlands for a short-term contract within the commercial food safety team. Contract Details: Duration: 6-12 weeks (Part-time or Full-time) Key Responsibilities: Conduct food safety and food standards inspections. Respond to complaints and enquiries related to food safety. Perform infectious disease and health and safety investigations. Carry out intervention work as required. Experience and Qualifications: Substantial experience conducting food inspections for a local authority. Maintain an up-to-date competency matrix and engage in continuous professional development (CPD). Hold a BSc/MSc in Environmental Health with REHIS/EHORB (or equivalent) registration.
