We are looking for an energy research scientist to join our team to train AI models. You will measure the progress of these AI chatbots, evaluate their logic, and solve problems to improve the quality of each model. In this role you will need to hold an expert understanding of physics and chemistry. Other related fields include, but are not limited to: Environmental Science, Energy Economics, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Materials Science, Chemical Engineering, Physics, Agricultural Science.

Responsibilities:

  • Give AI chatbots diverse and complex problems and evaluate their outputs
  • Evaluate the quality produced by AI models for correctness and performance

Qualifications:

  • Fluency in English (or bilingual level)
  • Detail-oriented
  • Proficient in inductive/deductive reasoning, physical/temporal/spatial reasoning, research methods
  • A current, in progress, or completed Masters and/or PhD is not required
