We’re looking for a dynamic Renewable Energy Solicitor to join our client, a leading forward-thinking law firm. The ideal candidate will have circa 3 years PQE.
You will support major renewable energy projects across wind, solar, hydro, battery storage, and emerging clean technologies. Your responsibilities will include:
- Advising developers, funders, and operators on high-value, high-impact deals
- Conducting due diligence on portfolios of energy projects for sponsors, investors, and funders
- Providing regulatory and commercial legal advice and contracts such as PPAs, EPC, and O&M agreements
