Advise clients on a wide range of LNG transactions, including project development, financing, and M&A. Stay up-to-date on the latest legal and commercial developments in the LNG market. 3-7 years PQE with a strong academic background. ~ Excellent understanding of the commercial and legal complexities of the LNG sector. ~ Ability to work effectively in a team environment and manage multiple priorities. ~ Fluency in English; additional a plus.
