HVAC Engineer (Oxfordshire & Buckinghamshire)

An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced HVAC Engineer (gas bias) to join one of the country’s leading facilities management companies working around the Oxfordshire & Buckinghamshire areas.

The role will involve traveling around the region servicing, maintaining, and repairing a range of commercial heating systems as well as some air conditioning and other associated HVAC plant.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Carrying out PPM and reactive maintenance across a number of sites.
  2. You will be the first line in all maintenance throughout your allocated sites.
  3. Ensuring that all technical and compliance paperwork is completed and up to date.
  4. Service and repair a range of mechanical equipment, e.g. boilers, fans, pumps, AHU’s, FCU’s etc.
  5. Safe working practices in relation to 3 phase and single-phase electrics and applications.
  6. Carry out surveys and complete reports as required by management.

The ideal candidate:

  1. Will have worked in a similar mobile role traveling around the region from home.
  2. Will have mechanical HVAC experience (pumps, motors etc.).
  3. Be able to deal directly with customers and on-site management teams.
  4. Have the ability to work at heights, work in confined spaces.
  5. A hands-on, can-do and flexible approach to your work.
  6. Full Driving License as this is a mobile role.

Package/Salary:

£46,865 (including standby) + £2000 joining bonus
