Our client, a renowned company in the Power Distribution and Energy sector, is currently seeking a Civil Site Manager to join their team. This role is located across the East of England and involves overseeing critical projects within the Transmission and Distribution (T & D) discipline. Key Responsibilities: Managing site operations in compliance with CDM regulations. Supervising utility infrastructure projects from excavation through to backfill and reinstatement. Ensuring all site activities comply with HSG47 and other applicable standards. Liaising with project stakeholders to ensure timely and within-budget project delivery. Conducting regular audits (approximately 8 per month) to ensure site safety and adherence to project specifications. Utilising provided IT tools, including tablets, to manage site documentation and reporting. Co-ordinating HV works and ensuring compliance with 11kv & 33kV standards. Maintaining accurate site records and preparing necessary reports. Job Requirements: Experience in site management within the Power Distribution or Energy sectors. Proficiency with CDM, SMSTS, NRSWA, and HSG47 protocols. Knowledge and experience with TWC and HV systems, particularly 33kV. Understanding of the full cycle of utilities infrastructure projects. IT literate with the ability to use tablets and manage digital records effectively. Strong communication and leadership skills. Excellent organisational abilities and attention to detail.
