Are you looking for an exciting new opportunity as a Director within a successful Civil Engineering team? My client is growing and busier than ever, so they are looking for an experienced individual to join their team alongside two other Civils Directors and the general board of Directors. The company is a Civil and Structural Engineering consultancy that is an expert in work winning and delivering an exceptional service. The team has some fantastic projects beginning in Q1 of 2025, and they are therefore looking for a professional to be entirely involved in this. The Civils and Structural teams are robust, agile, and energetic, with people who love and enjoy what they do. The directors are all hands-on and run various projects from £10m to over £100m. You will be involved in running projects and getting involved in much of the design and detail, alongside a passionate and growing team. You will assist the team with training and sharing your wealth of knowledge and experience. Everyone has the opportunity to work, from the initial concept stages all the way through to delivery. You might be an experienced professional looking for a change, leaving an international consultancy to get involved locally. You might be an Associate who has run out of opportunities where you are and would like to progress your career. If you are keen for a fresh start in 2025, a new challenge, and running your own team of Engineers and Technicians, then this opportunity could be for you! The team operates all major software, mostly delivered through ACC, and the workload is large and varied, approximately one third schools, one third health, and one third the rest. This company is a people-first business, and as such, the personal packages are fantastic, including usual insurances and benefits, full BUPA healthcare for you and your family, and additional quirky benefits like the use of a holiday retreat, birthdays off, free lunch Fridays, bi-monthly socials, annual family BBQ, Diamond Suite Cardiff City tickets, and WRU hospitality tickets! The staff work hard and are rewarded well. The team is based in a newly refurbished office, with local amenities, parking, and restaurants on the doorstep. The Director team is all geared towards a future owning of the company, and we would envisage the successful person would be a part of this group. #J-18808-Ljbffr
