UK (Remote/Flexible) Full-Time From £50,000 + OTE + Car Allowance Our client is a provider of engineering and risk management solutions and is seeking a Business Development Manager to drive growth in the Renewable Energy sector, with a focus on Wind, Oil, and Gas (onshore and offshore). This is a key commercial role for someone ready to make an impact in one of the UK’s fastest-evolving industries. You’ll play a strategic role in building long-term client and channel partnerships, delivering tailored asset reliability and maintenance solutions, and supporting the transition toward a more efficient and sustainable energy infrastructure. 5,500 annual car allowance ~ Uncapped commission through a competitive sales incentive plan ~ Up to 10% employer pension contribution Develop and manage strategic client and partner relationships in the Wind, Oil, and Gas sectors Identify new opportunities across projects, regions, and accounts to maximise growth potential Lead the preparation and delivery of technical proposals and commercial bids Coordinate with internal delivery and product teams to ensure smooth project handover Produce high-quality, profitable quotes in line with customer requirements Support the execution of long-term sales strategy and pipeline development Degree in engineering or related discipline (working toward Chartered or Incorporated status is a plus) Experience in load monitoring or a technical/engineering environment (desirable) Understanding of the UK renewables landscape, within Wind and Oil & Gas Proficiency in Microsoft Office and confidence with CRM systems or similar platforms Full UK driving licence Temporary or Permanent Position: Permanent FMC Talent #J-18808-Ljbffr
