They are now on a mission to drive innovation and efficiency through Copilot Studio / Agents + Power Platform to drive automation across key functions including Operations, Technical Services, Delivery, Finance, and Sales/Marketing.
The Role
This is a unique opportunity for a Copilot Studio agent / Power Automate Developer to lead the charge in building agentic AI-driven automation solutions. From creating and scoping business requirements to delivering intelligent, cross-organisational process automation, you will play a pivotal role in the company’s digital transformation journey.
Key Responsibilities:
- Engage stakeholders to identify, define, scope and prioritise business automation use cases
- Translate business requirements into scalable, agent based automation solutions
- Design and implement AI-driven agents using Copilot Studio to automate
- Build and optimise Power Automate flows across departments, integrating with business systems via APIs
- Have developed Power Virtual Agents or agentic AI solutions + Copilot studio to enhance business productivity through AI
- Lead discovery workshops and demos to align technical delivery with business goals
- Leverage agentic AI tools to enhance decision-making and operational efficiency
- Support broader Power Platform initiatives including Power Apps and Power BI as needed
What We’re Looking For:
- Solid experience developing end-to-end solutions with Power Automate and Copilot Studio or Virtual agents
- Strong background in stakeholder engagement and requirement gathering
- Demonstrated ability to create cross-functional automation solutions
- Proficiency in API integration and connecting disparate systems
- Passion for agentic AI and its application in business process automation
