The opportunity
In our Senior Healthcare Change Manager role, you’ll collaborate with NHS customers and healthcare organisations to design and deliver impactful change and operational improvements aligned to the NHS 10-year plan; supporting customers to deliver programmes of work which address the challenges faced across healthcare.
You’ll apply your expertise and leadership skills to deliver projects and programmes that drive sustainable transformation and improve outcomes for patients, communities, and teams. We are seeking professionals who are skilled at identifying challenges, creating meaningful solutions, and guiding diverse teams through complex initiatives. Your ability to think strategically while managing operational delivery will be key to your success.

You will have the opportunity to;

Type of work:
As a Senior Manager at Attain you will have the opportunity to work on a wide range of projects applying your programme and change management experience, for example:
- Service transformation and redesign
- Digital and technology enabled change including process reviews
- Cost improvement programmes
- Consulting project including strategy development
- Working across regions, systems, places and at neighbourhood level
About you
Success in this role requires strong interpersonal and communication skills, emotional intelligence, adaptability, and the confidence to work independently; you\'ll need the energy, drive, and self-motivation to lead through complexity, build trusted relationships, influence stakeholders, and stay focused on delivering meaningful impact in fast-paced, evolving environments
We’re seeking candidates with:
- proven experience delivering strategic and operational project and programmes in healthcare or related fields
- expertise in leading and managing complex programmes or projects, from inception to delivery
- strong programme management skills, including familiarity with relevant tools and methodologies
- a track record of working with senior stakeholders to influence decision-making and drive change
- ability to lead teams, fostering collaboration and accountability
- operational or clinical experience, with exposure to provider environments
- proficiency in data interpretation and analytics to inform decision-making
- Microsoft Office expertise, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
