The opportunity involves collaborating with NHS customers and healthcare organisations to design and deliver impactful change and operational improvements aligned to the NHS 10-year plan. This role will have an initial focus on clinical reconfiguration and delivery of large scale, fast-paced acute sector programmes, as well as the opportunity to lead programmes across cost improvement, service transformation, digital and tech-enabled change.
You will apply your consultancy and leadership skills to deliver complex projects and programmes that achieve sustainable transformation and enhanced outcomes for patients, communities, and teams, including delivery of cost efficiencies, process, and quality improvement.

- Expertise in leading and managing complex programmes or projects, from inception to delivery.
- Strong programme management skills, including familiarity with relevant tools and methodologies.
- Ability to lead teams, fostering collaboration and accountability.
- Operational or clinical experience, with exposure to provider environments.
- Proficiency in data interpretation and analytics to inform decision-making.
- Microsoft Office expertise, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
