Overview

You will be responsible for leading projects for our ATS customers. You will oversee the entire project lifecycle, from planning and execution to delivery and post-implementation support. You will collaborate closely with the Senior Project Manager to support weekly and monthly reporting requirements.

Responsibilities

  • Stakeholder Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, ensuring alignment of project objectives with business goals and expectations.
  • Delivery of Projects: Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of projects for ATS customers, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
  • Financial Management: Manage project budgets, track expenditures, and ensure cost-effectiveness throughout the project lifecycle. Provide financial reports and forecasts to senior management as required.
  • Cost Control: Implement effective cost control measures to manage project expenditures within approved budgets, identifying cost-saving opportunities where possible.
  • Effective Risk and Mitigation Management: Identify potential risks and issues early in the project lifecycle, develop mitigation strategies, and proactively monitor and manage risks throughout the project execution.
  • Documentation: Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial documentation, including budget reports, cost estimates, and financial projections.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with project managers, finance teams, and other customer stakeholders to ensure seamless communication and coordination.
  • Quality Assurance: Conduct quality assurance checks on financial aspects of project deliverables to ensure alignment with project objectives and organizational standards.
  • Project Status Reporting: Develop and deliver regular project status reports to stakeholders, highlighting key milestones, risks, and issues, and proposing recommendations for resolution.
  • Data Analysis: Conduct thorough analysis of project data, including financial metrics, budget tracking, resource allocation, and progress milestones.
  • Process Improvement: Continuously evaluate and enhance project management and financial processes to optimize efficiency and effectiveness.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
  • Min of 5 years of project management experience
  • Strong business acumen in project planning and management
  • Strong verbal, written, and organizational skills
