ATS Global is seeking an On-Site Support Engineer to join our UK operations.
You will be the first point of contact for IT issues at customer sites, driving incident resolution within ITIL-based processes and maintaining SLA commitments.
You will work both independently and with manufacturing teams to ensure smooth IT and manufacturing system operation, and you must be willing to travel across UK sites and hold a full UK driving licence.
