Join our team and play a vital role in the smooth running of ATS Gas Services Ltd, supporting customers and key accounts with top-quality service. About Us ATS Gas Services Ltd are based in Belfast and provide mechanical services to housing associations, health care providers and educational establishments across NI. Due to continued growth we are recruiting a Sales Invoice Coordinator to lead on accounts receivable, invoicing on behalf of the company. The role is a hybrid role (after initial training) with a spilt between WFH and our office, off the Springfield Road, Belfast. Responsibilities Sales Invoicing & Finance Produce invoices including managing supplier financial records. Key Account Coordination Work closely with clients and their associated portals to ensure timely completion of job requests. Customer Service Act as a point of contact for customer queries regarding invoices and accounts. What were looking for: Experience in finance, invoicing, administration, or account management. Ability to work efficiently in a busy environment, managing multiple tasks. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook). Previous experience in the heating, plumbing or mechanical services industry is a plus but not required! We are particularly keen to hear from plumbers and heating engineers looking a change of career or office based role.
