The Opportunity:

As a Service Technician you will be part of a team where you will play an integral role in ensuring the highest standards of safety and customer satisfaction. As our Service Technician, you will be responsible for:

  • Delivering the core fast fit products and services, including tyre fitting, wheel alignment, battery fitment and more
  • Assisting our point of sale (POS) with the delivery of the Service, Maintenance & Repair (SMR) targets
  • Demonstrating knowledge of our products and values
  • Providing detailed guidance and support to our customers
  • Following our Life Saving Rules, ensuring Health & Safety in everything that we do

Requirements:

  • Demonstrable experience of working in a similar Technician role (Mechanic/Vehicle Technician etc.)
  • IMI level 2 Qualification (or above) is desirable
  • Full UK Driving Licence
